PROFFICIENCY SERVICES

Some organization have the time, resources, and vision to complete their offer to GSA MAS program.  They need assistance with the formatting, outlining, and scrutinizing their offer.  HIE will offer the following services:

• HIE will assist the client through the effort of providing guidance, instructions, training, business intelligence, and counseling on an as needed basis.
• When the offer has been completed HIE will review the contents for accuracy before the client forward the final packet to GSA.
• Once the offer has been received by GSA Contracting Officer/Specialist HIE will be available to assist the client throughout the negotiation of their offer.
• Finally assist with any required changes as deemed necessary by GSA contracting personnel.
