GSA Schedules
HIE manages the numerous tasks that are
required in writing, submitting, and negotiating the General
Service Administration's Multiple Award Schedule. Once you have
selected our company to represent you, our specialists will work hand-in-hand with your team to
expedite the process and secure your GSA schedule.
Strategic Planning and Developing
The MAS contract that you receive from GSA is a 20 year contract
with term and conditions that cover this period.
In the development of your offer you must
ensure that you take the time to strategize for the long range
administration of this contract.
We will
take into account what products, services you offer to make sure
that GSA has the appropriate GSA Schedule that best serves your
organization for the long term.
Preparing Your Offer
The most time consuming portion of the GSA MAS solicitation is
preparing the offer.
HIE’s experienced team will help you complete your package that
is conscience, accurate, using the correct format and meet a
timely timeframe. We will
ensure the required certifications and representations,
appropriate forms, and documents meet the requirements by GSA.
Our team will work very closely with your organization in
the development of your
pricing to the government and providing a in-depth description
of the products or services that your organization plans to
offer under this contract to the federal government.
Negotiation
HIE will represent your organization during the negotiation
process along with your designated negotiator.
We will ensure that there is constant communication
between the GSA contracting staff to clarify the terms and
conditions, pricing, completing and finalizing the offer to
getting the final award notice.
GSA Schedule Services
We provide the following services to organizations that are
interested in be awarded a GSA MAS contract
1. Review Commercial Sales Practices
2. Proposal Pricelist Preparation

Identify products and services to be offered;
- Develop pricelist form; and
- Prepare commercial sales practice
documentation.
3. Prepare and Submit the Proposal
- Prepare price list for offer;
- Complete all required forms, incorporate
all representations and certifications;
- Prepare listing of past performance references and
their
point of contact information;
- Define management structure and capability;
and

Deliver the proposal to GSA.
4. During Pre-negotiations Strategy
- Monitor submission of offer status;
- Respond to GSA requests for clarification;
and
- Prepare final offer revision at the
close of negotiations
Your organization will provide HIE with your companies
experience documentation, pricing for your public and private
sector clients using
templates and any discounts offered to your best customers and
all customers. Based on
this information, we will develop a pricing spreadsheet for your
offer to GSA.
The following steps are necessary in the process:
1.
We will provide your organization with the necessary guidance
and instruction along with a template for compiling your company
information required for the offer.
2.
There is no need to take the time to review the information that
GSA has provided in their solicitation.
Just use our templates and instructional materials that
we will provide your organization to complete the task below:
- Organization experience
- Procedures for offering discounts
Pricing & descriptions for your commercial product/services.
3.
Provides HIE with your organization’s data via soft copy and my
staff with start the process to develop your offer.
4.
The process will start immediately and we will develop your
offer from that point.
5.
Once the offer is completed and it has been received by GSA we
are there at your side to negotiate with GSA.
