HIE was formed in 2007. We serve commercial enterprises that are seeking to enhance their sales to the federal marketplace by means of the GSA Schedules. Our skilled team of contract negotiators, proposal writers,  and  marketing staff is dedicated to facilitating and supporting this process by applying their unique knowledge and experience on our client's behalf.  Ultimately, we want to assist you in making your products and services more accessible to government procurement staff.
